The rapid and revolutionary changes in technology have created an information-centred global economy which is based on knowledge sharing. Therefore providing opportunities for stakeholders or for any interested parties to have easy access to their information needs has become a challenge for any organization. The UGC taking up the above challenge developed the current website in a more user friendly manner providing the benefits or sharing the knowledge to its readers. I believe that the new website would fulfil the information needs of all who need such information and expect the maximum use of this website.
