SCHEME OF RECRUITMENT - POST OF SENIOR ASSISTANT SECRETARY (Legal and Documentation)/ SENIOR ASSISTANT REGISTRAR ( LEGAL & DOCUMENTATION )

Your reference is drawn to the Scheme of Recruitment applicable to the post of Senior Assistant Secretary/Senior Assistant Registrar/Legal & Documentation sent with Commission Circular No.797 of 15th February, 2002.



The Commission at its 645th meeting held on 06th November, 2003 decided to amend the existing scheme of recruitment of the post of Senior Assistant Secretary(L&D) / Senior Assistant Registrar (L & D) so as to provide promotional avenues for Assistant Secretaries / Assistant Registrars/Legal & Documentation.

A copy of the scheme of recruitment so amended is Annexed hereto. The other provisions in Commission Circular No. 797 which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Circular will continue to apply to and in relation to the promotion / appointment for the above post.

The provisions of this circular are effective from 01st January, 2004.
