GRANTING OF THREE INCREMENTS TO THE CLERKS
WHO HAVE BEEN ABSORBED FROM GRADUATE TRAINEES IN TERMS OF COMMISSION CIRCULAR N0.644
Your attention is invited to Commission Circular No.644 dated 21st September 1995.
The University Grants Commission at its 492nd meeting approved granting of three increments to the Clerks who have been absorbed from Graduate Trainees in terms of Commission Circular No.644 subject to the conditions laid down in Commission Circular No. 520, provided they possessed educational qualifications specified in the approved Schemes of Recruitment for the post of Clerk Gr. 111 at the time of recruitment.
The provisions of this Circular are effective from 01st September 1995.
Kindly take action accordingly.
