EXTRA DUTY ALLOWANCE TO CLINICAL TEACHERS
Your attention is drawn to Commission Circular No.317 of 17th March 1986, wherein the terms & conditions of the payment of Extra Duty Allowance to clinical teachers had been set out.
The Commission, having considered the General Circulars Nos. 1696 and 1742 issued by the Ministry of Health & Women's Affairs, decided to adopt these Circulars in the following manner:-
(i) General Circular No. 1696 - with effect from 01.04.1991
(ii) General Circular No. 1742 - with effect from 01.03.1992
Copies of the aforesaid General Circulars are annexed to this Circular.
The other conditions laid down in Commission Circular No. 317 of 17th March 1986 will remain unchanged.
Please take action to pay the revised rates of allowances accordingly.
