IMPORTATION OF VEHICLES AND ISSUE OF USED VEHICLES FROM PROCUREMENT AND ADVISORY SERVICE UNIT (PASU) ON CONCESSIONARY TERMS AHP TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF GOVERNMENT VEHICLES TO OFFICERS
Your kind attention is invited to the UGC Establishments Circular Letter No. 16/1993 issued on the above subject.
I wish to inform you that the Director of Establishments of the Ministry of Public Administration by his letter No.11/140L100T/39 dated 18th January 1994 has informed the Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education that the following officers can be considered as Heads/Deputy Heads of Departments stipulated in para (IX) of category II of the Annexure- 1 of Public Administration Circular No. 24/93 dated 1st October, 1993 for the importation of vehicles on concessionary terms.
