SCHEMES OF RECRUITMENT POST OF ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN GRADE II AND GRADE I
Your attention is drawn to Commission Circular No. 165 dated 06th April, 1982 issued in respect of Schemes of Recruitment for the Academic Staff.
The University Grants Commission having reviewed the existing schemes of recruitment for the posts of Assistant Librarian and Junior Assistant Librarian, at its 252nd meeting held on 26th November, 1988 decided to re-designate them as follows:
Assistant Librarian as Assistant Librarian Grade I
Junior Assistant Librarian as Assistant Librarian Grade II
and to amend the schemes of recruitment.
The schemes of recruitment, so amended are annexed to this circular and will come into force with effect from 01.01.1989.
