SALARY LOAN TO PURCHASE A PUSH CYCLE
Your kind attention is invited to section (3) of the second paragraph of Commission Circular No.691 of 14th October, 1996 issued on Salary Loans.
The University Grants Commission at its 712th meeting held on 15th June, 2006 has decided to adopt Public Administration Circular No.20/2005 on Salary Loan to purchase a Push Cycle for implementation in the University system.
3. Accordingly, the Push Cycle Loan granted to University employees is enhanced from Rs.3,500/- to Rs.6,000/- or value of Push Cycle or whichever is less with effect from 17th October, 2006.
