RECOVERY OF WITHHOLDING TAXSECTION 153, 155 AND 160 OF THE INLAND REVENUE ACT NO. 10 OF 2006
Your attention is drawn to the above sections of the Inland Revenue Act No. 10 of 2006.
Accordingly, the Department of Inland Revenue has issued some guidelines in order to implement the provisions of the Act. (Copies attached)
