Your attention is invited to paragraph 4.2 of National Budget Circular No. 133, circulated with our Finance Circular Letter No. 1/2007 of 17th January, 2007.

The Ministry of Finance & Planning, by their National Budget Circular No. 133(1) of 9.3.2007, has revised the above paragraph by deleting 4.2(b) and 4.2(c) of the original circular.

You are kindly requested to comply with paragraph 4.2 of the revised circular 133(1), a copy of which is annexed.
