PRESENTATION OF ANNUAL ACCOUNTS OF DONOR FUNDED PROJECTS FOR AUDIT
The Secretary to the Treasury has notified all Ministries, that it is a statutory requirement to have the annual accounts of all donor funded projects, audited by the Auditor General and the audit report presented to Parliament within the stipulated period.
Ministry of Finance & Planning Circular No. MOFP/ERD/2007/2 of 7th August, 2007 issued in this connection is enclosed for information and compliance by all Higher Educational Institutions.
