ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR NEW CADRE - 2008
Reference is invited to our letter UGC/HR/09/01/75 of 8th September, 2008, conveying the list of new cadre posts for 2008, approved by the Department of Management Services. As stated in paragraph 2 of the above letter, additional funds are being allocated for a period of three months, to fill the cadre posts in 2008.
The funds allocated to your University/Institute, are shown in the annexed schedule. The National Budget Department has been advised to transfer these funds to the credit of your account in the Treasury.
These funds should be utilized during the year 2008, as far as possible, as any unused funds cannot be carried over to 2009.
