PROCUREMENT PLANS FOR 2009
Your attention is invited to National Budget Circular No. 128 of 24.3.2006, on Accelerating Government Procurement Activities.
The Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education has called for the Proposed Procurement Plans for 2009 to be submitted in terms of the above circular, a copy of which is enclosed.
Please submit the Proposed Procurement Plans of your University/Institute, to the Director General, National Budget Department of the Treasury, on or before the 13th October, 2008, with a copy to the Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education.
