PUBLIC EXPENDITURE MANAGEMENT DURING THE BALANCE PERIOD OF 2008
The Cabinet of Ministers at its meeting held on 5.11.2008 has decided that public expenditure should be strictly managed during the balance period of 2008, and has issued guidelines for the control of expenditure, both recurrent and capital.
