REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS OF GOODS AND SERVICES - 2009 (EXCLUDING WORKS AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES)
The University Grants Commission has adopted Public Finance Circular No. 433 of 26th September, 2008 and 433(i) of 26th December, 2008, on the above subject. It is to be noted that the circular applies only to the Higher Educational Institutions situated in the districts of Colombo and Gampaha. Copies of the circulars are enclosed for your information and compliance.
