BOARD MEETINGS/AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETINGS
Your attention is invited to Public Enterprises Circular PED/35 of 17/01/2006, adopted by UGC Finance Circular Letter No. 7/2006 of 25th July, 2006.
The Department of Public Enterprises by their Circular PED 51 of 15.08.2008, has extended the payment of allowances to observers attending board meetings and audit committee meetings.
A copy of Circular PED 51 is enclosed. You may please take action to implement the provisions of this circular.
