SCHEMES OF RECRUITMENT FOR THE POSTS OF WORKS
SUPERINTENDENT, GRADE I AMD WORKS SUPERINTENDENT (SPECIAL GRADE)
Having considered the recommendations submitted by the Chairman/CVCD, the University Grants Commission at its 316th meeting held on 8th February 1991, decided to redesignate the present post of Work Superintendent as Works Superintendent, Grade II.
The Commission also decided to create two new posts of Works Surintendent, Grade I and Works Superintendent (Special Grade) in Higher Educational Institutions. The Higher Educational Institution are advised to obtain cadre provisions before any appointments are made.
The approved Scheme of Recruitment to the posts of Works Superintendent, Grade I and Works Superintendent (Special Grade), are annexed to this Circular and will come into force with effect from 01.03.1991.
