Twenty-eight Researchers from Sri Lankan Universities have been nominated for the prestigious World's Top 2% Scientists list published by Elsevier. The list is based on data from Scopus, the world's largest abstract and citation database, and includes scientists from all fields of research. There are 38 researchers from Sri Lanka within this 2%, and from that also, 28 are university academics.
