ALLOWANCE TO PERSONAL ASSISTANTS
Your kind attention is invited to Commission Circular No.447 of 21st August 1990 on the above subject.
The University Grants Commission has decided to pay an allowance of Rs.500/- p.m. to the Personal Assistant of the Vice-Chairman, University Grants Commission, Deputy Vice-Chancellors of the Higher Educational Institutions and Secretary, University Grants Commission and to increase the present rate of allowance of Personal Assistants to Vice-Chancellors/Registrars/Directors of the Higher Educational Institutions/Institutes from Rs.400/- to 500 /- p.m.
The above decisions are effective from 01.12. 2001.
Please take action accordingly.
