PAYMENT OF AN ALLOWANCE TO THE UNIVERSITY STAFF
I am pleased to be able to inform you that I now have the necessary clearance to instruct you to pay the arrears of the allowance for back-log clearing for the year 1992. Accordingly, please effect the payment of arrears for 1992 to all the staff of the University Grants Commission/Higher Educational Institutions and Institutes from Monday 4th January 1993.
