PAYMENT OF ALLOWANCE
Your kind attention is drawn to Commission Circular No. 564 of 15th March 1993 and my letter No. UGC/E/6/9/86 of 03rd May 1994.
The University Grants Commission has approved the following payments to University Medical Officers who are in the "C" salary codes and the non-graduate employees in the "BS" salary codes with effect from 01.01.1993.
| (a) | University Medical Officers (C-01 to C-03 ) | - | Rs. 750.00 p.m. | |
| (b) | Non-Graduate English Instructors, Gr. II and III (BS- Q 3, BS-04) | - | Rs. 600.00 p.m. | |
| (c) | Non-Graduate Engineering Teaching Assistant, Gr. II (BS-03) | - | Rs. 600.00 p.m. | |
| (d) | Non-Graduate Instructors in Physical Education, Gr. II and Gr. IIIl (BS-03, BS-04) |
- | Rs. 600.00 p.m. |
The allowances payable should be taken into account for the purpose of Provident Fund contributions, payment of gratuity, and in fixing the 60% limit when calculating the limits of deductions for loans granted.
This Circular replaces my letter No. UGC/E/6/9/86 / of 3rd May 1994.
