SHOE ALLOWANCE TO EMPLOYEES OF THE UGC AND
HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS/INSTITUTES
Your kind attention is invited to Commission Circular No.400 dated 19th July 1989 issued in connection with the payment of shoe allowance.
The University Grants Commission at its 438th meeting held on 10th March 1995 has approved the enhancement of the shoe allowance from Rs.300/- per annum to Rs.500 /- per annum.
The enhanced rate is effective from 01st January, 1995.
Please take action to pay all employees who a entitled to a show allowance.
