RECOGNITION OF SERVICE IN A GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT/PUBLIC
CORPORATION/STATUTORY BOARD FOR PROMOTION OF TYPIST GRAPE II AND GRADE I
Your kind attention is invited to the existing Schemes of Recruitment for the posts of Typist, Grade II and Grade I.
The University Grants Commission at its 434th meeting has approved the recognition of service in the capacity of a Typist in a Government Department/Public Corporation/Statutory Board for promotion of Typist (Sinhala/Tamil/English) from Grade III to Grade II and Grade II to Grade I.
Accordingly, the amended Schemes of Recruitment for the posts of Typist Grade II and Typist Grade I are annexed herewith.
These provisions are effective from 15th April 1995.
