IMPLEMENTATION OF CABINET DECISION ON INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE BETWEEN NON-ACADEMIC STAFF OF THE UNIVERSITIES AND UNIVERSITY AUTHORITIES (REVALIDATION OF CIRCULAR ON COMPENSATION TO EMPLOYEES WHO MEET WITH ACCIDENTS ON THEIR WAY TO OFFICE AND BACK HOME )
On the basis of decision taken by the Cabinet of Ministers at its meeting held 12th May 1999, the Public Administration Circular No.346 dated 8th October 1986 adopted by Establishments Circular Letter No.08/1987 dated 06th April 1987 will continue to be valid.
Accordingly, please note that the Commission CircularNo.726 dated 25th February 1998 is no longer valid with effect from 1st March 1998.
