GRANTING OF THREE INCREMENTS TO GRADUATE EMPLOYEES IN CLERICAL AND ALLIED GRADES
Your attention is invited to Commission Circular No.540 dated 08 th September 1992.
The UGC at its 548 th meeting held on 15th September 1999 decided to consider the Graduateship of the Institute of Chemistry, Ceylon for the payment of three increments specified in Commission Circular No.520 to the employees in the posts categorized under A-05 to A-15 for the reason that the Graduateship of the Institute of Chemistry, Ceylon has been recognized as an alternative qualification to a Degreein Science with Chemistry as a subject awarded by a recognized University by PA Circular No.334.
Please take action accordingly.
