PAYMENT TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS AND FINANCIAL OFFICERS of THE UGC AND HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS/INSTITUTES FOR TYPING AND PREPARATION OF THESIS/DISSERTATION For POSTGRADUATE DEGREES
The University grants Commission has approved the payment of Rs 50/- per page upto a maximum of Rs 5000/- for the typing and preparation of thesis/dissertation for postgraduate degrees required for promotions/appointments on promotion of Administrative and Financial officers of the UGC, Higher Educational Institutions and Institutes.
The payment will be made only after the priduation three copies of the thesis/dissertation and certifications of the award of the degree to the person concerned.
The commission also decided that this payment should be effective from 10th March 1995.
The above provision will also apply to the Acadamic Support Staff (BS) and other officers who are in the "C" and "A" salary codes.
Please take action to implement this decision accordingly.
