RATES OF PAYMENT FOR EXTERNAL EXAMINATIONS CONDUCTED by UNIVERSITIES
Your kind attention is invited to Commission Circular 635 of 14 July 1995.
The University Grants Commission at its 459th meeting decided to revise the rates of payment specified in
Circular No 635 in the following manner.
(a) Pg.1
(i) First Examination
d. i. Marking a script (per script) Full-time employee of the University Rs. 20.00
(ii) Final Examination
d, i. Marking a script (per script) 30.00
ii. Second Examiner (per script) 30.00
The amended rates of payment will be effective from 01st May 1995, the date on which Circular 636 came into effect.
