CHANGE OF DESIGNATIONS OF CLERK, LIBRARY ASSISTANT , BOOK KEEPER, SHROFF , STOREKEEPER, STENOGRAPHER AND TYPIST CATERGORIZED UNDER THE SUPRA GRADE
The University Grants Commission at its 459th meeting held on 10th November 1995 has approved the re-designation of the following posts, as indicated against each post with the specific area of activity with their new designations :-

The above changes are effective from 01 January 1996.
These changes will not involve any changes in the schemes of recruitment, nature of duties or any salary revision.
The provisions of Commission Circular No.617 of 2nd January 1995 will continue to apply. However, with the implementation of this Circular, the provisions of Commission Circular No.630 of 16th May 1995 have been suspended.
Please take action accordingly.
