RECRUITMENT TO MINOR EMPLOYEE GRADES IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
This Circular has been modified by Circular No : 693
Your attention is invited to paragraph 03 of commission Circular No.643 dated 20th September 1995.
You are kindly requested to note that paragraph 3(iii) has been amended as indicated below :-
(iii) The Secretary, Ministry of Education & Higher Education while granting approval to fill the vacancies will,
(a) inform the Higher Educational Institutions through the Secretary, University Grants Commission of the method of inviting applications or;
(b) send a list of applicants for the consideration of the Higher Educational Institutions/Institutes.
Note : Para. 3(iii) (b) above will apply only if external canidates are recruited in terms of the approved Scheme of Recruitment.
The Provisions of this Circular will be operative with immediate effect.
